Pete, I'm not aware of any differences in the hubs, and I've helped several friends go back and forth by just changing the studs...I don't think you'll have any problems. One side note...if you replace studs over and over, the stud holes eventually get "wallowed" (ancient Southern technical term) out...and replacing the hubs is the only answer I'm aware of.
