Likewise, cracking paint shouldn't be a problem on a freshly restored
and properly assembled body.
Actually, I think that additional fastening could -lead- to this
problem. The frames do flex, and if the body is forced to flex along
it probably won't do it much good.
Speaking of which - it seems that TR3 frames are perhaps flexing a
little more than they used to these days. They were originally
15-gauge metal, but some of 'em are getting a little, well, thin. Does
anybody have any experience with the repro frames that are floating
around England?
