Bad idea, engine bolts are desinged to be used once.  When the bolts are 
torqued to spec, physical properties of the bolt change, and the fatigue 
life of the bolt is shortened.  Lots of detail left out, but engine bolts 
aren't a good place to cut costs.

Lots??  I never have understood the metric system (sorry)..   Remember, 
oil does not compress, so too much can damage the engine.
