Toasted wiper motor

Does anyone know of a source for rebuilt wiper motors?  In this case
the single speed motor as used in the TR-4, Herald, Vitesse and
probably everything else of that era.

TRF is not offering rebuilds of this motor at this time.  Various UK
shops do, but once you add two-way shipping it's probably more 
expensive as well as taking longer.  Any suggestions about domestic
sources?
