Does anyone know if it is possible to get the following book

R. Kastner:
Competition Preparation Manual (TR6/250)
'Kas' Kastner was the man behind the successful Triumph-USA SCCA
racing efforts in the 60's. This book is very highly regarded, but
I have not been able to find it.
Hints on other relevant US tuning books and catalogues would also be
appreciated (and also UK stuff which I don't have already :-).
