Q/ X POST/ TR STEERING RACK

I am posting for a friend. He has a '71 TVR M2500 (?).
He went for his mot on Friday. The car failed. Seems
that the kerb-side (USA-passenger side) inner ball joint
in the steering rack was sloppy.

So, here comes the question: where can we source the inner
steering rack ball joint? We are guessing it will approximate
'71 TR6. VicBrit sells the rack as a package.
