Check your smog pump air diverter valve. When I've had this problem, its when
the smog equipment is failing, the hose is disconnected,or the valve is shot.

Yes, and if you don't have one, get a Colortune too. THE best way to debug
fueling problems is with a Colortune. Keep in mind that you may have gas
blended for a different season or part of the country and some of the old
stuff could be causing trouble too. Give it another tank or two.
