Hello,
=C2=A0I going to install an almost new set of carpets correctly.Jeff Randal=
l in Hanover MA showed me that the receiving snap is screwed to the flooran=
d the carpet "female" is in two parts. Each on opposite sides of the carpet=
. I believe I have that right.What I'm wondering about, is there a tool tha=
t will compress all four tangs at the same time,or do you have to bend each=
tang individually. (I sure hope there is.)=C2=A0Happy Thanksgiving to all,=
