Terry,
Carbs are low pressure fuel systems, often bellow 3psi. what is important
for a larger carb is not pressure but GPA (flow rate)
I cant give you the specific for your carb, but i'd be shocked if the
required psi was above 4... and at over that you will be causing yourself
issues.
Ask the edelbrock tech guys what psi AND flow rate they recommend.
