Jim
Thank you for the picture.
The washer appears to have an OD of =C2=BE=E2=80=9D.
Is that correct?
=20
Do you know for sure that is the original washer?
=20
I ask because the Parts List indicates that washer is =C2=BD=E2=80=9D =
OD.

Should have sent this to the list, but didn't reply all.

As far as I know these are original from my MKIA. I bought the car in =
1977. The nut on the stud are one piece. Sure the stud is original. But =
not sure if the air cleaner nut and washer are.

I don=E2=80=99t know. But I do know that when I first got the Tiger, =
with stock air cleaner, but Holley carb, I overtightened the air cleaner =
nut. This caused the top to bow, and hit air intake tubes in the carbs. =
The car ran, but not well. It took a while, but I was sure glad when I =
solved that one. I don=E2=80=99t know if the stock carb doesn=E2=80=99t =
have this problem, or if the modified parts prevent this from happening. =
But, I thought I=E2=80=99d mention it in case it helps make sure the =
fit is right.

=C2=BC=E2=80=9D x =C2=BD=E2=80=9D OD 16-gauge steel
=20
Also looking for the length of the stud.
The stud I have is 3.78=E2=80=9D long.
=20
I originally thought the stud was a modified Ford part but looking at =
the stud it looks formed to this length not cut.
There is no Ford part # associated with the air cleaner stud part only =
the Rootes # - made me curious.
=20
Thanks
To all =E2=80=93 stay well, stay safe
