[Tigers] B-Post Cap

Hi,

The parts manual seems to indicate that there is a seal that goes under the
chrome B-post cap.  I can't find a seal like this in the Sunbeam
Specialties catalog.  Can someone verify that there is supposed to be a
seal under the cap?
