The offset you mention is shown in the Shop Manual.
Section F, pg. 22 lower fulcrum pin 1 =
1/8=E2=80=9D spacing to the rear of the lower A-arm
=20
I=E2=80=99m not sure what the dimensions are for the lower fulcrum pin =
or if that can change the caster.
Maybe someone else on the List has better knowledge in this area.

Subject: Re: [Tigers] Wheel Alignment
=20
In a simple form if you take the wheel off the front you can observe =
that the upper ball joint is more rearward than the lower ball joint. =
That is positive caster. Between the upper surface of the crossmember =
and the lower surface of the =E2=80=9Cframe=E2=80=9D rail is a wedge =
that is higher towards the back. This assists in moving the upper ball =
joint more rearward. Adding additional =E2=80=9Cwedge=E2=80=9D increases =
the positive caster. However, there is a limit to the wedge because a =
straight bolt has to tighten the angled crossmember to a flat surface.
=20
I was also told that the fulcrum pins (not sure if it is upper or lower) =
has an offset bias and inverting it front to back (or visa versa, not =
sure which way) can increase caster. Whether the statement was made =
just to make a point, or it is actually a practical means of adjusting =
caster..., other who may have done so will have to tell you.

Thank you to all who has responded. I will submit findings shortly but =
for the life of me, after reading workshop manual, responses, I cannot =
figure out how to adjust the caster. Please advise in detail how this =
is accomplished.

Thanks Again.
