Along those same lines, I have a Carter AFB Competition (625 cfm) that =
is essentially the same as the Edelbrock carb on a warmed over 302- very =
smooth delivery. However, if you auto-x you may want a different carb. =

Russ;

I have an Edlebrock 600cfm on my Stroker 331 and it works very well. =
Good idle, smooth transition through the tuning stages, and relatively =
good fuel economy.
=20
Also easier to tune than the Holley IMHO. (I don't think it makes any =
difference stroker or big bore). More dependent on the other specs like =
cam profile, C.R. valve rocker ratios, forced Induction, etc. And how =
you plan to use your car. ( Autocross or just crusin'!)=20
=20
I will be interested to see the other recommendations....=20

What holley would be best for my 331 (not stroker) ford 302. ? Is =
there a cross between economy and performance? Thank you. =
