Subject: Two questions

I just received the July issue of Hemmings. They list a Tiger that was =
sold at Godding and state that it had a Rootes Archive Center Trust =
Certificate. I had never heard of this. Is anyone familiar with this =
certification?
Second question relates to another statement in a Hemmings publication =
(Sport & Exotic Car). The interview with a Tiger owner who has a black =
car says that black was not a standard Tiger color and had to be ordered =
special. I wasn=E2=80=99t aware of this. Is this true?
