Hello,

Rick of Sunbeam Specialties now carries the cotton webbing just like that
which came with the Alpines and Tigers originally. Perfect match. He sells
it by the foot and has plenty. A recent addition to his parts.

According to Rick Tiger Mk1s had wire-tensioned tops, and Mk1As and Mk2s
had the velcro tension system. Seems that the straps went from three on
Mk1s to a single center strap on Mk 1As & 2s.

Comments are invited.

There is an addendum to the Owner's Manual that Rick has, that covers the
Mk1A folding-erecting drill. The manual for the Mk1A does not reflect the
deletion of the metal boot. The Mk2 manual has the newer/updated instructions
in it.

So, strapping available! See Rick at SS (as usual).
