Hey, guys:
This has probably been discussed to death, but I'd like to bring up the
subject of brake fluid. I headed out to the local parts stores today (just
about every one of them in Edmond) looking for Castrol GTLMA brake fluid.
Needless to say.no joy. Nobody, but NOBODY, is carrying Castrol brake fluid
of any kind around here. They can't even order it (they have no part number
for it and their warehouses can't supply them).
So, my question is this.is any kind of DOT 4 fluid usable in a freshly
rebuilt hydraulic system? It seems that just about everybody is making DOT
4 fluid, but I've never used anything but Castrol GTLMA. What should I get
for the Tiger? What are you all running out there?
Thanks in advance,
Andy Walker
