[Tigers] Tiger GT courtesy lamp and switches

I've seen both ocassionally on eBay, IIRC the switches are seen more often. I 
would periodically check both the US and the UK eBay sites (www.ebay.co.uk) and 
just keep at it, or contact Michael.
