[Tigers] Carb install - at least it's not leaking

You might want to check the idle screws themselves - mine had a 'burr' 
on the screw and would not allow it to idle - just had to keep reving slightly 
to keep it lit.

A little polishing to remove the burr and idles nice now, at least on the 2nd 
and third start up.
