Since you have it off, I would heat the area around the tube with a torch, then
try and wiggle the tubes loose.

Its a press fit. Grab with pliers and pull with a gently rotating motion.
Most likely they are rusty and will snap off.
Then you drill them out and get a replacement kit from any Mustang supplier.
