You have no evidence that anyone wanted to decieve.....that is just your
opinion...maybee the builder just wanted thecar to look proper (like cobra kit
builders do)....you sould be praising him for saving a car and doing such an
outstanding job instead of accusing him of fraud when you never even met him.
