Joel

Length =
about 3.5" out of the radiator; not sure how much tube is inside
the radiator;
I guess at least 1/4"

Diameter = 5/16" tube

Angle looks a little short of
90, maybe 85 degrees @ about 1" out of the
radiator

The tube should be angled
toward the overflow tank tube; also note that a
somewhat shorter tube will
give you a little more access to getting the
rubber hose onto these metal
tubes; a longer tube will make getting the hose
on more difficult

Overflow Tube

What is the correct length, diameter and angle of the radiator
overflow tube
coming out the drivers' side top portion of the radiator for a
1966 MK1A?  I
will need to add this overflow tube when the radiator is
repaired.

Thanks
