Ask the muffler shop if they can order stainless steel pipe and bend
you a system.
I did this a number of years ago. I took the Tiger to a friends shop to
fix stress cracks at the rear spring perch and he was talking to another
customer about bending an exhaust system from SS. That caught my ear and I
had him do the same for the Tiger. It was about 1/2 the cost. Check into
it see if someone in your area will give you a quote.

Subject: [Tigers] Exhaust systems?
Well,
I have blown a hole in one of my mufflers and the pipe from the downpipes to
the mufflers looks bad too.
So I was looking for some advice.
I could go to a local muffler shop and have them install new pipe from the
down pipes to the muffler and replace the mufflers.
Or I could but a system made for the Tiger.
Any info in the SS system for stock Tigers? Itbs just shy of $600b&lot of
money!
Are there any other complete systems out there that DO NOT need headers?
Thanks so much.
Please respond to wellington.samouce@us.army.mil, I am on the road again.
