I think the meaning of rust is relative to the location one resides in. To
a lot of people "rust through" is equated as rust, and rust (seemingly no
matter how severe) that hasn't gone "through" has an unstated term.
Ironically "rust through" is in essence "No rust" because of its absence.
To the sellers credit he did post the pictures. If that is worth a 1000
words then after "No Rust" we can have 998 words to describe what we
actually see. :-)
