I've saved a couple of trunk pictures off of the net that show MK IIs 
with both gray and black jacks.  Some of you might remember this 
first one.  It comes from that very original, low mileage one owner 
car the appeared on Ebay a few years back.  The VIN was B382100135:

owner MK II out of Canada.  In this case the VIN is B382100606:
