First let me say I have no direct experience with sound deadening Tiger doors.
But my first consideration would just be to tighten up all the clearances in
the window riser etc. I think the accumulated tiny rattles are much of what I
hear on my own car doors rather than drumming of solid panels.

Be that as it may, I completely removed the interior/headliner etc of my 4 dr
Toyota Tacoma and installed Dynamat everywhere that could be accessed. (The
best price I found was material on Ebay that was left over from someone else's
project. Because it's heavy, shipping cost is something you need to consider
also.)

Dynamat was easy to work with and to apply to dry surfaces. In my Tacoma, it
did wonders to quiet the cab to the point I could then locate and resolve
shortcomings in the door seals. it's now surprisingly quiet.

I'm not sure Dynamat will achieve your objective wrt Tiger doors. But for
deadening large panels I found it to be an excellent product.

All,

I have the door panels off and was wondering if I should put any of the
sound deadening materials in. I realize that decreasing the sound is not
realistic and is not my goal but making the doors seem more solid when
closing is.

Anyone have any experience with this? Anyone product recommendations?
Dynamat, etc.

Also, how much does one need to install to create a more "solid"
sound.
