Actually there's a $10 fee to have a Tiger TACed, and it's refunded if the
Tiger can't be authenticated. This fee is for the TAC sticker and
certificate.
You need 3 TAC Inspectors, one of which must be a Senior Inspector, to TAC
a Tiger. Who are "we" looking at for the 3 Inspectors?
