You will need to unbolt all six (I believe it is 6) bolts that hold the
regulator assembly to the inner door panel. Also there is a plastic stop at
the end of the channel that is at the bottom of the glass, so remove that.
Then, while supporting the glass at a mid-raised position and while swearing
profusely, work the regulator around (may need to crank it up and down to
find the right angles) until you can slide the spring-loaded studs off one
end and then the other of the track at the glass bottom. it's hard to
describe and even harder to photograph ( I tried, photo attached) but after
a lot trial and error, the glass will eventually be liberated and you can
then extract the window and the regulator.
AAA glass had good advice on removing the channel from the glass, but mine
was so stuck I had to take it to a glass shop
