As suggested, I reinstalled my electric washer motor right next to the
bottle under the hood today (I had it behind the dash before that).
There's still a slight delay (maybe two or three seconds) before the
water comes out of the jets the first time I pull the on/off switch, but
it's much better.than before. I'm running it without the "check valve"
at the end of the hose that goes in the washer bottle. I'm going to try
it with the valve tomorrow to see if I can get rid of the delay
entirely, but it is much better now.
