4 on 108 is equivalent to 4 on 4 1/4" so far as wheel mounting is
concerned. The one you have to watch for is that older Mazda wheels are
4 on 110 and that is close enough that you can install the wheels on
Tiger or Alpine hubs, but tightening the lug nuts will bend things.

According to my calculations 4.25 in (Stock Tiger bolt circle dia)
converts to 107.950 mm... pretty close
