I used an idea I got from a garage bicycle lift, using 6 ball bearing
pulleys and a stronger nylon cord. Makes it a one man operation.

Subject: [Tigers] Hardtop Hoist
I built a hardtop hoist several years ago and have wanted to improve on its
ease of use.
I was wondering any Tiger owners have ideas to share on how they built and
installed their hoist. Suggestions welcome.
