Go to your nearest good cycling shop that stocks Park tools, and you can get one of their pin wrenches. http://www.parktool.com/products/detail.asp?cat=4&item=SPA-2 They make three sizes (three different pin diameters) and you can't beat them for this kind of fastener. IIRC the stock oil filter block adapter hex is the same size as one of Park's headset wrenches as well.
