Unfortunately, the principle behind a hybrid doesn't do much good in a boat
scenario where you run at steady throttle most of the time. What you need is
a turbo-diesel - much better thermal efficiency than lower compression
gasoline engines.

At least it is only 11 gallons at a time, My boat holds 275 gallons and gets
