You'd call it "reversible". A Tiger was located in San Jose in the
early years of our TAC Program when we (TAC Inspectors) used to drive
around the Greater Bay Area on weekends to authenticate
non-operational Tigers. It had been fitted with a 327 Chevy engine
and early Corvette IRS. Holes thru the inner fenders for the headers
and lots of Mods. It was eminently TACable and was entered into our
records. Today this Tiger is owned by Bill Martin of Rootes
Group. While still modified, you won't find a Chevy V8 under the
hood any more. But not to worry about performance, it snarls pretty
good these days.
