XYPEX is your best positive pressure side solution and will work best on
fresh or green (under 28 days old) concrete. It too has a cure time and may
also require added prep work after installation. It becomes integral to the
concrete but leaves a surface condition that may not be fully compatible with
all coatings.
They are based in the Vancouver, BC area but have US distribution.
If yours is very well cured and you have moisture drive concerns, tape a 12"
square of clear poly on the concrete and check it for a day or more to see
if there is condensation. This should be a standard recommendation in any good
epoxy kit as well.
The superior concrete floor coverings aren't typically much more difficult
to install, just more money. Go to a concrete accessories company like White
Cap, or other regional variant for advice. Some "systems" do have better
waterproofing characteristics with a softer elastomeric base coat and a harder
abrasion resistant traffic coat. (Vulkem 450 / 451).
