Nice to see a little bump, but I wouldn't read too much into Keith Martin's  
pricing...he's been low on Tiger values consistently for a long time and 
doesn't  really understand the Tiger culture, which is more like the Pantera 
culture than  Corvette, in terms of interest in personalized or modified cars 
and 
their  value.
 
BTW, I think, unless you have a real inside track on a specific car, it is  
becoming VERY hard to find a true #2 or above car for less than $40k.
