I know we all know this is a scam, but if you follow the sellers logic :
How is it that he has a good offer (good enough to close the auction on
ebay) and yet "the car is still available." Kind of appears to be a shady
seller right there. I mean how would you like to be Mr. "good offer" and
then find he sold the car to someone else. Or, given his bad use of English
he is implying it was Mr. "good offer" who changed his mind which leaves one
to wonder why he doesn't re-list it on Ebay. By the way, it is a violation
to remove a listing from Ebay for the purpose of a private sale as he has
stated he did. Again, indicating the appearance a shady seller. Did anyone
notice the insignia over an existing license plate? Probably thought the
plate detracted from the looks - right?

Regarding the "free" shipping do governments really spend thousands of
dollars shipping items to destinations that their military men have not been
assigned? The Tiger is listed as being located in Hilton, NY. Why use an
international shipper. No offer to pick it up for a local buyer?

Lewis, I say email the guy back and tell him you are local to Hilton, NY.
and that you want to see the car. Just watch him beat around the bush or
tell you it was "just sold." Thanks for investigating, I just find it
thoroughly amusing watching these kind of guys backpedal. Hey, it would make
a great reality show. Sort of like "Cheaters" for the buying public.
