Well, that definition sounds like a bummer in a way.  If a person needs a 
loaf of bread and the car is sitting right in front of the door, in the back of 
his mind he will always be wondering, "Am I going to be covered if I take the 
Tiger?"
If you are out for a ride and stop for lunch it's okay.  If you want to go to 
lunch and take the Tiger you might not be covered.  Hmm!  Seems like it would 
be fairer if they just limited the mileage.
