Yes, for a book where the words don't change like a classic tale written by
Shakespeare or Chaucer. I would speculate that with over 620 cars TAC'ed and
new information becoming available in the years since Norman's last book that
his database of info has become overflowing compared to a decade ago. Any
2nd Edition of the BON, if ever produced, would theoretically render the 1st
Edition inconsequential.
Every 5-10 years, the Shelby American Automobile Club generates a new
edition of their Registry with better info and updates of current owners and
their
cars. The older editions become superfluous.
Why own an earlier edition where the information was wrong and/or has been
updated and expanded. I'm not sure a 2nd Edition will ever be available so this
discussion could be moot too.
IMHO.
