Getting the top and tonneau installed now. The Robbins tonneau has a strap  
on it, is this to hold it down for use over pass side when driving? searched 
the  list and found one reference to this, mentioned attaching it to floor 
behind  glove box. Does this mean the storage box between the seats, and 
putting a 
turn  snap on the trans tunnel?.....cheeers.....phil.....new tires work
