"Would this indicate that the water pump is not pushing enough water thru the system to cool the engine?" Richard, Is the inlet hose to the water pump collapsing under the additional speed/suction, restricting the water flow? Some of those hoses have a spring inside to prevent this. You might be able to see this happening by having someone rev the engine while you watch the hose. Peter S. |
