I'm thinking that my fuel pump must be on borrowed time and I should do
something with it this summer. By the way, "summer" in Vermont lasts only 16
days
and it's getting close:-)
SS has a pump advertised which I assume is the stock style, but is
"transistorized to reduce the current across the contact points." Is this a
good and
a worthwhile investment or is there a better modification available of the
stock pump?
Also, is there any other pump that will bolt right in without modifying the
fuel lines? I'd like to rebuild the one in the car and save it for a spare so
hate to mess up the lines.
Thanks in advance.
