I've been running a Crower 15416 grind no. 285R for many years but it's no
"baby." It's a solid lifter roller tappet with split pattern.
Intake: Lift .597 ... Duration at .050 .. 254 degrees
Exhaust: Lift .578 ...Duration at .050 .. 260 degrees
Lobe separation: 106 degrees
I think that without the individual runner induction it would idle pretty
lumpy. For me, it's worked very well.
