LAT 70 Wheel spinners????

hey guys,
 
i was wondering if the LAT 70 wheel  spinners would fit on my wheels. I have 
the bolt on wire wheels on my car, and  right now they have something kinda 
like a spinner, but not. It looks like a big  nut, in that shape. But with no 
holes threw the middle. And they are held on my  a screw in the back in the 
middle of them. The spinners say they are 3 in. 
So i was wondering if you can help  me out.
