Hi Joey,
First thing to do is to go to your local auto parts place and get a new
heavy-duty 3 prong flasher module. Take the do-not-drop Lucas flasher
and hurl it as far as you can, then plug the new flasher into the
socket. The turn signals should now work. That's assuming the turn
signal switch isn't broken, but they are pretty sturdy for the most part.

PS: Actually, you should keep the Lucas flasher. It probably still meets
the Lucas quality criteria, and you don't want to discard rare original
parts ;)
