Hi Tony, Both. They drill it full of holes in the front so you can fit either a 3 hole or four hole pulley. I have a stock (or like-stock) 3-hole pulley installed, and it went on there perfectly. http://www.professional-products.com/ go to the 'harmonic dampers' link. part#80007 (what I have), or 90007 for the SFI rated one.
