Or carry a small brass plug along with your brake booster bypass. Replace the block fitting with the plug and drive on with much apprehension as your oil pressure gauge reads zero. Don't sweat if you had pressure before, you do now. I drove from Cincinnati back to Chicago and for a couple of weeks until CAT sent the braided stainless steel line. Its the only way to go. I would not trust a clamped visegrip. Too much vibration going on. |
