There are a couple of things you can do: 1. Contact the seller and ask him about his sources. 2. Buy a copy of the CD, and compare the signatures on the PDF files (or their size, images, etc.) to see if they match your PDFs 3. If 2 turns out positive then contact Ebay and tell them this guy is violating your copyright. If the PDFs on the TU website do not currently incorporate any kind of authentication (watermarking, digital signatures, etc.) then it sounds like now's the time. Theo |
