A properly functioning and installed servo, either the original
Girling, or the excellent Midland-Ross, will provide an excellent pedal
feel with no "softness". Pictures of a nice Midland Ross installation
on the passenger side firewall are shown on http://www.TigersUnited.com,
as well as stock units.
