In my humble opinion (If I recall correctly as it has been over 10 years)
Castor differences can lead to a little twitchiness with one side verses the
other. At worst it will result in a pull to the side with less castor.
Castor is what helps to return the wheel to center at speed. Depending on
the differences it may not be a big deal but it really depends on the car
and the weight. In doing collision repair in the past I found that you could
get away with Camber differential with no affect on handling (pulling) but
if Castor was out it would result in a slight pull towards the direction of
the least castor. For handling issues the SAI (Steering Axis Inclination
Angle) must be the same for both sides and that is not likely possible with
significant Castor differences.
