Hi there gang. I have been "lurking" in the wings as my '67 Tiger MkIA
project "The Nikster" has been awaiting my touch. I am now down to the "tub"
and started rebuilding her by restoring the Jaeger/Smiths gauges. They all
seem to be in fine working order, but I am in need of the odometer drive gear
and cam because the plastic drive gear I own is split. Would you kind listers
please look in your extra parts boxes and write to me off-line if you would
consider parting with your extra one? It is SN 5321/08 & ratio 980. I have no
problem contacting Nisonger Corporation in New York to purchase another one,
but it would be nice to find one relatively cheaply closer to home here in
Orlando, Florida. I am also looking for a complete set of "O-rings" to finish
out the gauge restoration. Does anybody know if the folks listed in
Restoration Tips are still selling complete sets and if they are any good?
